Felix Dicló was born in the Dominican Republic, where he attended the School of Fine Arts, the National University Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) to study Draw and Colors Techniques, and Institute of Technology and System (TESIS) to study Art and Painting. In 1994 he immigrated in the Unite States and is residing in Providence, Rhode Island.
